Begin with clean, dry skin. If desired, apply a thin layer of a water-based toner or serum before treatment. For optimal light exposure, avoid using the mask over makeup, sunscreen, facial oils or other products that may create a barrier on the skin.
Secure the mask comfortably over the face using the adjustable straps. Treatments are pre-set to 10 minutes and can be increased or decreased based on your routine.
For optimal results, the VISO may be used for up to 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening, according to the recommended treatment protocol.

Power & Charging
Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. If the controller does not power on, charge it using the included USB-A to USB-C cable.
Adjusting the Straps
Place the VISO flat with the LEDs facing upward and attach all three straps. Position the side straps with the Velcro facing downward and the soft loop of the top strap facing upward.
Finding the Right Fit
The mask should sit securely against the face without feeling overly tight. Adjust the two side straps first and the top strap last. The top strap can help reduce pressure around the cheeks. For maximum comfort, try using your VISO while lying flat.
Adjusting Your Treatment
Once the mask is comfortably positioned, press and hold the power button. Press the E button twice to increase the energy setting, then use the T+ button to adjust the treatment time to 20 minutes when following the recommended extended-treatment protocol.
Cleaning & Storage
The mask will automatically shut off once the selected treatment time is complete. Store VISO flat between uses. Clean the surface with an appropriate mild disinfecting wipe, following the manufacturer’s care instructions.
