After cleansing, apply exfoliating toner with a cotton pad to the face, neck and décolleté in the morning or evening a few times weekly. If you feel a tingling sensation, pre-dampen cotton pad with water to slightly dilute the toner before application. Allow it to dry, and continue with your recommended moisturizer.
